For over 20 years, I was trapped in chronic pain. Hundreds of doctor visits, multiple "no cure" diagnoses, all the diets + supplements that always failed me, jumping from one “expert answer” to the next with no cure.

Then I discovered the mind-body approach, and everything I thought I knew about pain flipped. I finally understood my body wasn’t broken or something to “fix.” It was protecting me. My nervous system had been stuck in survival mode for years.

Now I am devoted to helping women heal chronic pain and reclaim their freedom, pleasure, and radiant health… because my 20-year story? No one should have to live that long in pain.
